This Saturday, May 19th, is our annual Skills Day (formerly know as the Hit-a-Thon). The general schedule is below. We'll have a dunk tank, a fastball speed station, bounce house and a special guest appearance by CHAMP.
8 AM - Open ceremony on Field 1 (all teams, all leagues)
8:30 - Skills Contests begin
Tee ball - field 4
Softball - field 3
Baseball - field 1
10:30 - League finals for skills (team winners compete)
11:00 - HR derby on field 1 (AAA, Majors only)
12:00 - END
Each player will receive a coupon for a hot dog and drink at the snack bar later in the morning. Other food will be available for purchase.
There will be a raffle going on during the event to benefit CYBSL. Kids can also purchase turns in the dunk tank and at the speed pitch station.
VT Sports Images will be on site to take team and individual photos.
